STAMPED POSTAL CARD "Nobody got deze" COLLECTIONS
In the mimc-1990's, USPS began offering postal card booklets featuring reprints of commemorative stamp sets. The preprinted postage was at postcard rate.
BUT, was anybody using the cards postally? On purpose? With a plan?
